Aaron spent over twenty years working in Entertainment, Docs, Comedy, Natural History, Fact-Ent and Kids before setting up Rebel with Stu Garlick in 2018.​

He has numerous gongs to his name including several RTS and Broadcast Awards, two 'Panda Awards’ for his work in Natural History and was even part of the Oscar winning VFX Team that brought Ridley Scott’s ‘Gladiator' to life.

Rebel fact; He once spent a night in jail for running across the roof of a car.


Amirah Daley

Amirah has over 10 years' experience working on landmark brands including Blue Planet II, Walking with Dinosaurs, Planet Earth, Frozen Planet and Madagascar.


She brought the story of "Attenborough and the Giant Dinosaur" to the BBC which received the BBC's highest ratings in natural history for 5 years.

Rebel fact; She once got drunk and broke into a zoo.


Stuart Garlick 

Rebel Founder & CCO

Stuart started his Career as a BBC Trainee. He has over 10 years experience as a writer and editor  across a diverse range of programmes and genres; from 'Stan Lee’s Superhumans' to 'The Hairy Bikers', 'Deadly 60' to the Panda Award winning 'The Zoo' for CBBC.

He started Rebel Television with Aaron Paul in 2018

Rebel fact; He managed to sneak a photo of his bum print into the entire print run of a Lawrence Llewelyn Bowen design book.


Darrel-Kirk Lambert

Darrell cut his teeth at the Bristol factual institution that is Icon Films,

the creators of Animal Planet US's

highest ever rated show, before coming to work with us at Rebel Television.

Rebel Fact; He broke his wrist riding a shopping trolley down a hill.


Sophie Cole

Rebel PM


Sophie has been a Production Manager for over 26 years including 19 years at the BBC.


She has managed series on all the terrestrial channels, from natural history, to kids, from daytime to a cinematic release of Riverdance.... She’s done it all!


Rebel fact; In her youth Sophie was kicked out of two schools. She’s much better behaved now.


Matt Tickner

Rebel Edit Assistant


Matt is an incredibly experienced BBC trained edit assistant. From kids to food and factual to natural history, he has set up digital workflows and provided end to end edit support across a diverse range of genres and shows.

Rebel fact; He will only eat mince pies between december 1st and 25th.
